MaMaison Residences, a subsidiary of Orco Property Group, has opened Residence Izabella, its first extended-stay hotel in Budapest, at the beginning of February.
Situated next to the corner of Izabella St. and Andrassy Avenue, close to Oktogon, Residence Izabella is in immediate proximity of the city centre while enjoying the feel of this prestigious residential area.
Residence Izabella offers both spacious, furnished residential apartments and a variety of hotel services. Compared to other Budapest hotels and suite hotels, Residence Izabella provides more space, more equipment and more flexibility while providing the most charming decor in town.
Indeed the most striking feature of Izabella is undoubtedly is tasteful interior design, reminiscent of a New York loft warm, sophisticated and homely. Apartments enjoy a variety of different décor, colours and furniture types with plenty of small personal touches. The building itself is a luxuriously renovated nineteenth century building typical of the area which enjoys the comfort and tranquility of a landscaped courtyard garden and terrace.
Services also have the personal touch of MaMaison Residences, Joe and Kinga Engelbrecht, the Residence Managers, live in the Residence. "We do not think of our guests as anonymous clients but as unique guests to whom we deliver individualized, friendly service". Services proposed by the Residence include traditional breakfast, room service, laundry, concierge and secretarial services but also a number of features including massage, fitness, etc. DVDs, CDs or books are also available at the Reception.
Indeed Residence Izabella targets much longer stays than other suite hotels in town. "Typically a few months though our guests can stay days or years !" according to Joe.
Residence Izabella consists of 38 large, fully furnished and equipped apartments ranging from 45 sqm to 97 sqm with up to three bedrooms. Each of the apartments offers separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area and facilities such as Hi-fi, TV with satellite channels, DVD, etc.
In addition the Residence incorporates a wellness club including sauna, massage, fitness and also one bar, poolroom and home theater. Business facilities and private parking are also provided.
Total investment in Residence Izabella is in excess of 5 million Euros.
