Built in 1873 and fully restores in 1987 and in 2000 to traditional style and standards with modern equipment. The hotel is located in the picturesque surroundings of the Margaret Island, close to the Thermal Hotel Margitsziget.
164 guestrooms are elegantly furnished in classical style softly blending historical atmosphere and modern comfort. Each room has aircondition, PC/Internet access, coffee/tea-maker, built-in safe. and a wonderful view to the park or the River Danube. Non-smoking and non-allergen rooms, rooms for handicapped are also available.
The neighbouring Thermal Hotel Margitsziget has long been established as a centre for the treatment of rheumatism and muscle and joint disorders. In 2001 the spa department was completely renovated and enlarged with a new look and design. Now, not only are we able to offer treatments for locomotive disorders, circulation problems and convalescent therapies, but many other treatments to promote health, relaxation and general well being. The natural medicinal water, and the serenity of the island setting are the key focus of our healing centre.

Prior to a prescription of treatments, guests are requested to meet with one of our experienced doctors, who will specifically design the correct course of treatments.
Balneo and Hydrotherapy
Effective in the treatment of muscular/joint problems, arthritis, circulatory disorders and rehabilitation. Also excellent for general relaxation and to give a feeling of well being.
(Facilities include; underwater jet massage, galvanic bath, four cell bath, carbon bath, traction bath thermal pools, sauna, aroma cabin).
Mudpacking
The mud, which is specially brought up from Héviz in a dry form and cooled with natural thermal water is effective in the treatment of athritis, muscular/joint problems and circulation.
Physiotherapy/Medical Gymnastics/Electrotherapy
A fully equipped physiotherapy department, with experienced physiotherapists who are able to offer both one on one, or group sessions. Ultrasound, infra red, and other treatments are available to assist in the recovery process. For asthma and other complaints we are able to offer, oxygen and inhalation therapies.
Massage
